These terms cover your use of this website and the services Treecord provides. By contacting us or booking work, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain.
Our services
Treecord provides local technology help — repair, setup, networking, and related services — by appointment, on-site or remotely. We’ll always do our best work, but no one can guarantee that every device or issue can be fixed. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you honestly and won’t charge you for work we can’t do.
Quotes and payment
We provide a clear quote before starting any paid work, so there are no surprises. Payment is due as agreed when the work is complete, unless we’ve arranged otherwise in writing.
Back up your data
Please back up important files before any repair. We take great care with your devices and data, but you are responsible for your own backups, and we can’t be responsible for data that isn’t backed up.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Treecord is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Changes and contact
